Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
By accessing scriptnest.top or purchasing a ScriptNest Studio course, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Purchases and access
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Access durations are shown at checkout; most courses include ongoing access to course materials, subject to availability.
- Taxes may apply based on your location.
4. Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase and before 30% of lesson completion. Contact [email protected] to request a refund; we will review eligibility and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Intellectual property
All course content, text, templates, and materials are owned by ScriptNest Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or team use as purchased. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share materials without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the services in any unlawful manner or to infringe the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Avoid automated scraping that degrades service performance.
7. Third-party services
We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business, income, or employment outcomes. You are responsible for how you apply course concepts. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptNest Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the incident.
10. Changes to services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or content with reasonable notice when practical. We aim to provide equivalent or improved learning outcomes when content changes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of laws rules. Venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
