No. Our beginner path covers research, messaging basics, and voice fundamentals. Intermediate and advanced courses assume basic familiarity with copy frameworks and testing.
Is there a certificate upon completion?
Yes. You receive a verifiable certificate for each course you complete. While certificates are not a guarantee of employment, they help showcase competencies to clients and hiring teams.
What is the refund policy?
If the course is not a fit, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and before completing 30% of the lessons. We will review eligibility within 3–5 business days.
How does mentor feedback work?
Some courses include office hours or a paid add-on for feedback. You’ll submit your draft and receive targeted comments on clarity, structure, and tone via annotated documents or short Loom-style recordings.
Can teams enroll together?

Do you cover AI-assisted writing?
